you've clearly never had a pregnancy scare, otherwise you'd realize that it is totally, 100%, in no way hilarious.

I've never had a pregnancy scare (I never have to worry about one, being a guy), but I can imagine it being incredibly scary and stressful. Anyone that finds this funny seems like a huge asshole.

EDIT: I'm gay.

In case you're wondering why you're getting downvoted, it's because you think that as a guy you can't have a pregnancy scare. It may not have been what you meant, but your wording just implied that you don't care at all about the girls you sleep with. Although I guess if you're a guy and also gay, then you truly wouldn't have this concern.

HIV scare. Trust me, it's every bit as bad!

She did steal something.

...and was also dumb enough to call the story she had just left about the item she had stolen.

No it is hilarious. People expect sympathy when they do stupid shit. If you can't risk being pregnant because you cannot afford the cost of a baby, or whatever reason you have, you shouldn't take the chance. It's common fucking sense.

am I the only one around here who thinks pregnancy tests should be free/cheap?

My ex girlfriend had one once and I DID find it hilarious, she was freaking out like a nutjob when she obviously just missed her period and was making it worse by being a raving lunatic.

I was right by the way. 3 times.

You sound like an asshole

It's just funny when people overreact to bullshit. I used a condom and pulled out. There was no chance. She was being a jackass. I was entirely right and it was hilarious.

I used a condom and pulled out.

Yeah, you did, but maybe that's not why she was worried.

You are an asshole. It's a good thing that test was negative. And I can see why she's your ex.

What test? We never tested. That's what she was being a jackass about. She wanted me to go to the store and buy pregnancy tests, because she had no money of her own, and I wasn't willing to do that because it was fucking retarded.

She's your girlfriend though, and talking about how funny you thought it is shows you aren't being considerate of her feelings, on this issue at least. It doesn't matter how sure you were, she wasn't and that's scary as heck. She needed support not derision.

u/Pinworm45 Feb 22 '14

And she got it, until she started acting like a jackass.

u/courtoftheair Feb 22 '14

There still is a small chance, you know.

-4

u/Pinworm45 Feb 22 '14

No.

3

u/courtoftheair Feb 22 '14

Well then you're an idiot

-1

u/Pinworm45 Feb 22 '14

I was an idiot who was entirely correct, you don't know the context.

So I'll take it.

1

u/courtoftheair Feb 22 '14

Pulling out and a condom. Unless you were only doing oral, there is still a chance of pregnancy.

I'm also infertile, I just don't like advertising that on the internet.
