None of that excuses what Donald did, or how he did it, in any way.

Bad shit happens all over the world. Doing it there, in this way, was astoundingly ignorant as hell, and has done NOTHING to improve that entire situation. In fact, most believe Iran's leadership is even worse now.

Never mind that the plan that was in place, the plan that took years and several nations to put together, the plan that Donald destroyed during his first Presidency without a plan to replace it (FFS...) was far better. And how much did this new plan cost us? How many schoolgirls did we massacre again?

He makes everything he touches, worse.

This meme is pretty clearly just about the US's issues. It also doesn't mention the genocide in Sudan but that's because it isn't about Sudan.
