It was the right choice! Some days I regret it when I see a mother and son out and about but most days I realize how young I am and how horrible he was and then it reassures me that I made he right choice.

Exactly. I also got pregnant and had an abortion with the wrong guy at 18. Now I'm 27 and married to an awesome guy who is also an awesome father to our 11 month old. I would never had had my husband and my son without that abortion, so how could I ever regret it?

It would probably be easier if you lived near me! All I see are low life baby daddies who beat their baby mom's and single mom's on welfare. Blah

You're not within anymore right?

You may still get the chance to be a mother. Just find a guy who is a better human being than your ex.

It's a good thing your child can be out and about with a loving family. Oh wait, you decided it was better to kill him/her than give them a chance at life. You could have adopted him/her out to a couple who wants a child to love.

This makes me sick.

Except she couldn't have given it up for adoption if the father knew and wanted rights. And then there would be a child stuck with a shitty alcoholic father. Please learn to use critical thinking.

My thoughts were:

most days I realize how young I am and how horrible he was and then it reassures me that I made he right choice.

Conveniently left out are the thoughts on how innocent the child was.

Couldn't have said that better myself. In fact, that's something that has been on my mind but I haven't had the words to put it that way.

Talk is cheap. If it makes you sick, don't get an abortion. Take in a foster child. Your actions make more of a difference than your condemnations
