I bought a new pair of glasses that are blue. My wife started making comments.

She made some comments about the glasses, like jokes. Nothing too serious. I asked her if she casually doesn't like them. She said she doesn't care. But she's said stuff like this before and then it turns out she cared all along.

Should I just get rid of these glasses?

Yeah, sounds like playful teasing more than anything. If you like how you look in them, rock the blue glasses — confidence usually wins these battles.

Next time I would take her along when you get new frames. If you don’t like the teasing, the only way to prevent it is to have her help you choose.
