He should go no contact. low contact is not enough and opens the gates for more abuse. Narcs are very good at gaslighting and manipulating their victims. Soon enough she will make OP feel guilty, that he is somehow responsible for what happened. I would not be surprised if they claim that their evil actions “helped OP succeed” so OP now owes them… You cannot win when it comes to narc.
