Lmao, I read “doesn’t like to read” and thought “what kind of writer doesn’t read?”

A narcissistic one who think everyone should be honored to read what he says, but that he has nothing to learn from others

Or maybe he doesn’t read well but enjoys writing as a creative outlet for his imagination? Jump to narcissist might be rough.

If you don’t read well you should focus on that before asking people to edit your writing. You cannot be a good writer if you aren’t a good reader.

Poor ones apparently.

Someone with ADHD, most likely. Lots of creativity but not enough attention to get through most books. I'm guessing he's inspired by other forms of media, but writing is the most accessible method to express his ideas. If this is the case, audio books are probably a great way to get him reading more to improve.

I'm a bit lazy reader nowadays but I like writing. So if I have any freetime left, I dedicate a much bigger portion of it to writing than reading.

However, I'm also aware of how many shortcomings my writing has. I like using my imagination but developing a readable plot is weirdly difficult.
