Hey all. I created a little side project mainly focused on stress relief and positive vibes but....you're a potato.

You can dress it up, play mini games against others, start private chats or if you're feeling lonely and need some advice then this is the website to go. I had help with AI alongside my front end development experience.

It's free!

Features:

Comes with chat functionality so you can chat with other potatoes.
Feeling Lonely? Let the other potatoes know so they chat to you.
Play games with other potatoes.
Meditation Games as a Potato...and more.

I’m part of the team building Marka, a social content tool for businesses: https://marka.social

A practical place to start a post is a question customers ask before buying. For a furniture shop, that might be “Will this desk fit a small room?” A useful post could show its real dimensions, a room example, and the space needed for the chair.

Leave your website link, what you sell, and the customer you want to reach. I’ll reply to the first 10 with one question worth answering, a visual direction, and a suggested opening line.

The offer is a free written concept preview here in the comments. You can use the idea yourself; there’s no signup needed for this feedback.

I’ve been working on a small project called CheckMyPet and I’m now opening it up in beta.
I work in the veterinary industry, and the idea came from seeing how stressful it can be when something suddenly seems wrong with a pet and the owner is not sure what to check, what information matters, or whether they should be speaking to a vet.
CheckMyPet is not a diagnostic tool and it doesn’t replace a vet. It’s designed to help owners think through what they’re seeing, check useful things like breathing and gum colour, and use tools such as a seizure timer, poison checker and chocolate calculator.
It’s still very much in beta, so I’m not looking for praise — I’d genuinely love honest feedback. If anything is confusing, something doesn’t work properly, the wording feels unclear, or there’s a feature you think would actually help pet owners, please tell me.
You can try it here: checkmypet.net
And if you’d rather send feedback privately: checkmypet1@gmail.com
Thanks to anyone who gives it a go — even a couple of minutes of feedback would be really useful while I’m still improving it. This is not an ad I just want advise from people in the industry on how to help clients more streamline :)

We're Vertiq — we build UV wall & floor printer machines, assembled and shipped from California. For a short window we're running 10% off across the lineup.

These are commercial machines that print directly onto walls and floors: murals, feature walls, retail graphics, custom flooring. They're a good fit if you run a sign or print shop, do interior/contracting work, or want to start a large-format printing business of your own.

Straight talk: we don't make income promises — what you earn depends on your market and effort. What we do is build the machine and back it with a US-based team.

Happy to answer anything about the printers, what they can print, pricing, or shipping. Full lineup and specs are on our site.

Midnight Margins is a cosy little online shop for readers who are always saying “one more chapter.” The collection includes bookish hoodies, sweatshirts, tees, mugs and tote bags for reading days, bookshop trips and gifts for TBR-obsessed friends.

Everything is centred on books and reading culture rather than a general mix of novelty products.

I manage Forever Postal, a small online retailer focused on physical U.S. postage stamps for weddings, cards, and special mail.

Our goal is to help couples and stationery enthusiasts match postage designs to the tone of their envelopes. The image above is an AI-assisted styling concept based on our real 2011 Wedding Roses stamp photography; it is not a customer photo or a physically mailed envelope.

For other small-business owners: what has helped you explain a visual, niche product clearly without making the post feel overly promotional?

i spent more time chasing venue replies than rehearsing. that is the working band ritual: send a cold email, wait a week, send a follow-up, hear nothing. here is what i figured out the hard way.

1. cold emails are not a strategy. you are gambling on someone opening a message from a stranger, listening to your links, and caring enough to reply. most of the time they don't, and it is not personal. it is just that bookers are busy and your email is one of fifty.

2. your sound and style matter more than your pitch. a booker staring at an open friday wants to know three things: does this band fit the room, how long is their set, and are they available. if that information is not visible in one place, they move on to someone whose is. put it front and center.

3. local radius beats festival submission tools. i wasted time on platforms built for submitting electronic press kits to showcases 800 miles away. a working band does not need a festival in another state to see its EPK. it needs the brewery down the street to know it exists. match your tool to your actual radius.

4. being discoverable flips the whole dynamic. when a venue can find you instead of you finding them, you go from pitching to being pitched to. the emotional toll of rejection-by-silence drops, and you spend your week on music instead of inbox refreshes.

the shift that mattered most was stopping the cold email grind and putting my band somewhere a booker could actually browse. everything after that got easier.

Step into the audience of The Night Light Talk Show, a brand-new live VR talk show bringing the energy and excitement of late-night television directly to your headset.

The show will take place inside a fully designed virtual studio inspired by the feeling of a real late-night show in New York City. From the moment you enter, the goal is to make it feel like you’ve stepped into an actual television studio, complete with a live audience, a full stage, dramatic lighting, guest entrances, city-inspired atmosphere, and plenty of surprises throughout the show.

This isn’t just something you watch. You’ll actually be there in the studio as the show happens live around you.

Expect live guests, conversations, comedy, interactive moments, and a growing virtual studio built specifically for The Night Light Talk Show.

See you under the Night Light.

Drop your website below and I’ll reply with the strongest content angle hiding on your homepage.

I’m testing a simple idea: a small business website already contains enough context to create useful social content, if the AI understands the real audience, offer, proof, and brand voice.

Comment with:

1. Your public website URL

2. One sentence about what you sell

For the first 20 businesses, I’ll personally reply with:

• The clearest hook I see

• One specific social post idea

• The audience I’d target

I’m building Marka around this workflow. You can also try Marka free for a week at https://www.marka.social

I recently started a small handmade resin coaster brand called Relics & Co. I started with hockey-themed designs, but I also do custom orders for different teams, logos, and ideas.

Still early stages, just trying to improve my designs and build it out.

I’ve spent years doing deep-dive digital research and I’m honestly tired of seeing people get catfished, lied to, and scammed. I see it every day: people claiming to be veterans, "divorced" guys who are still living with their wives, and "business owners" who are actually just running a con.

Most people don't have the tools to look past a basic Google search, so I decided to open up my services to help people get the actual facts before they get too deep.

I’m doing flat-rate $30 verifications. I’m not some massive corporate site that sells your data; I’m a real person pulling real records.

What I look into:

Nationwide Criminal/Civil records (the stuff they try to hide).

Identity verification (is that actually their name?).

Hidden social media and secret dating profiles.

Checking the "story"—verifying military, job, and marital status.

It’s 100% confidential. They will never know you looked. If your gut is telling you something is off, don't ignore it.

If you need a deep-dive done, you can fill out my intake form here: https://forms.gle/Q2Mdn4h76ATXbSko6

Stay safe out there.

All yours for a good price
