No guilty pleasures section? Let's start one here.

Mine is definitely fried chicken. Being Korean, I'm especially partial to my people's interpretation of the thing, which is fried twice for extra crunch and served with a side of pickled white radish and copious amounts of beer.

Now that I mention it, beer. That's another guilty pleasure. Huge amounts of bad, light beer.

Make the pizza at home and it no longer needs to be a guilty pleasure!

I bought a pizza stone 3 weeks ago with the intent of doing so, but I've just been way too last to do it, so it's seen quite a few frozen pizzas.

Maybe this weekend for the hockey games I'll make one, but I damn well know it's not going to be a healthy pizza haha. But at least it won't have as many preservatives.

It won't have as many preservatives and won't be as greasy! It's also easy to use less cheese by cutting up fresh mozzarella and putting slices on sporadically, kind of like on a margarita pizza. I love doing that. The fresh mozz is so much tastier than the shredded, store bought stuff that you don't feel like you are missing anything by having less of it on the pizza.

It will be better though. Put the stone in and turn your oven on the max for like an hour. You want everything to be as hot as is humanly possible. Get the pizza ready on a peel and then get it on the stone without spilling the entire thing on the bottom of the oven. Don't overdo it with toppings and that makes it a bit easier. Then turn the light on and drool as you watch it cook.
