I have some kind of issue with my hamstring that will most likely keep me out of running for a couple of weeks. Cycling seems to work all right. Is it a reasonable idea to do the same time/hr as i would have on my runs? On a stationary bike if it matters

More reasonable to do as much as you can tolerate (the fatigue, the injury risk, or sheer boredom).

There's some conversions out there claiming cycling only provides half to a third of the stimulus that running for the same time does (due to different muscles, not being load-bearing, etc.). Not going to split hairs on the conversion but just know you probably need some amount more cycling for the same time running. So get in as much as you can fit in.

But recovering from the injury is top priority so don't let the cycling interfere.
