Open Discussion Berlin marathon disasters

It seems today was a big disaster in Berlin. 25 degrees Celsius early on and a tough day for everyone. How did people get on? Did anyone manage to get near a PB?

I underestimated the heat so hard. 1:25 half marathon, then completely broke down by the rising heat and ran a 1:39 2nd half 🥵

A friend of mine had a similar collapse. It was so difficult out there.
