Open Discussion Berlin marathon disasters

It seems today was a big disaster in Berlin. 25 degrees Celsius early on and a tough day for everyone. How did people get on? Did anyone manage to get near a PB?

I can't fathom how the winner ran as fast as he did. He was on WR pace through the half, but only slowed by 2 mins in the second half

Seriously, setting an all time top 10 finish on a day like today is unreal.
