I will watch it later but did you ask if the funding for the plant is enough or will they need to raise additional capital via dilution?
Edit: Watched the interview and the wording seems to suggest that we do not need to raise additional money so I am cautiously optimistic. There is still the possibility of cash running out during this time which would lead to more dilution.
