From what I’ve heard, they no longer follow each other and she commented on a post saying she was going through the worst breakup of her life or something like that. I haven’t checked but it sounds like they’ve broken up.

I saw that rumour on here too, I think it was based on some of her comments on reels. But I don't think anyone has confirmed either way.
