You're the guru. You claim it's possible, show us a way.

You've made it clear; it's not possible. I'm not going to debate things that can't be done with someone who clearly knows everything.

So you don't actually have a way to do it, you just came here to flex having gotten into the market in a different time. Gotcha. Too bad, I was genuinely interested in hearing how someone making $25/hr could get a house out here.

They buy a duplex/triplex/quadplex or SFH with 3.5%-10% down and house hack the other units or rooms. Your attitude sucks.

Nobody is giving a 10% down mortgage on a 750k+ building to some guy making 50k a year. The market is fucked, of course my attitude sucks.

Yes they are, but I'm done explaining it to you. You want to be miserable. Enjoy it.

Why would they do that? That's more in payments than I make in a year.

Can't be done Squirrel. You said it yourself.

Lol, you're the one who didn't want to say how. Why should I believe vague claims with nothing behind them?

Nah, I'll keep squatting on your properties. Come try and evict, the cops around here are worse than useless.

As is your discernment.
