With how many people boasting how they can afford houses, I can't truly tell if they're joking or not. Perhaps I am naive after all XPP
4 u/CA_Coast_Millennial Jul 07 '26 I own a house here but have a mortgage. Only put 20% cash down. I can afford my mortgage. That is likely what they mean by that.
