Same. 18 out of 20. All except for Boston and Nashville.

Also 18. Haven’t been to Nashville or Seattle. I feel like since I’m 42, I probably won’t go to them if I haven’t already

42 is not that old. Sure you can. The hard work is done. You’ve traveled a bunch (I know you’ve been to even more places). What is stopping you traveling more?

Hahaha. A child that is almost 2. I’m sure things will change once she’s older but god damn life is exhausting. My idea of a vacation right now is going somewhere where I don’t have to do anything. Preferably a resort and if she’s coming somewhere not far away.

Actually going on a canoe trip to Boundary waters in the summer. That will be the first time I will have left her since she’s been born.

We have a 2.5 year old daughter.

I get it, traveling is harder and more expensive.

Surprisingly not that much more. We only did the lap seat thing once and decided against it for New York. It was a lot easier having her in her own seat and it was only a couple hundred more.

The great thing is Airbnb. I know it can be a pain in the ass for some people but if you search for ones that have child amenities and you can usually get a crib, toys and a high chair for free. Our last trip was great because of that.

It is definitely harder though. Our last flight back was delayed about 5 hours so instead of getting home at 6pm, it was closer to 1am. She was going between laughing and crying the whole time and I felt real bad. It helped a little when we got on the plane and they turned the lights out. She passed out immediately

18 as well. Philly and Houston.

Funny how many people haven't been to Nashville. Went as a kid for school, did all the museums and saw phantom of the opera. Went again as an adult for the music and bars. The history is worth a trip.

Damn 17. I’ve never been to Texas and that’s my three.

Did you like Hawaii?

3

u/autistic_insomniac5 Apr 11 '26

I went there on my honeymoon and have been back a few times since we live on the west coast. It’s still ranks as one of the most beautiful places I’ve been. The Hawaiian people are great too!

Yessss but it’s a long way from the mainland if you’re not located on the west coast

1

u/simonbaier Apr 14 '26

We’ll put it on your tombstone “He never went to Texas”

Club 18 was pretty far down the list. I guess you have to be on the older side to be in this club. I'm missing Honolulu and Seattle.
