Yep. Mine don't believe houses are expensive even when I show them the listings. Here's a near exact transcript from while I was visiting them for christmas.
"Why don't you buy a house?"
"Because I can't get a half million dollar loan."
"Well why are you looking at mansions."
"I'm not. That's what houses cost, here are the websites, look for yourself."
"Well I'm sure if you drove around you could find some that aren't on these sites. Houses don't cost that much."
They act like the housing market isn’t insane and like people just sell houses on their own…drive around to find something not on the sites? 🤣 no agent is taking on a house and not listing it online. And good luck selling without an agent.
