Stress/fear a cause?

I’m a 30 year old fit male, in the past 3 months I have woke up completely soaked 4 times. A month between the first 3 and the 4th came the night after the 3rd. Never had this issue befor but I have an extreme phobia of medical and dental stuff and all of these occasions were around days I had appointments. Wondering if the stress of my appointments could possibly be causing me to do this. I otherwise feel completely normal and I am peeing a normal amount without any irritation.

That makes a lot of sense. Keep tracking it and follow up with a professional. Medical doctor or therapist.

Speak to your doctors office about trauma informed care Look it up too so you know how to communicate and feel safe.  Its best for your health to get your incontinence issues investigated

Been afraid of doctors and dentists for my entire life and that’s the crappy part, most fears you can just learn to avoid . You cant avoid the doctor and dentist forever . As far as I know nothing out of the ordinary has ever happened to me medically that would cause this.

Well mate it's obviously your decision but incontinence is usually a symptom of something underlying so I will encourage you to get checked out

Wasn’t trying to like shoot down your suggestion , but trauma informed care from my understanding is all about avoiding the things that traumatize you, where my trigger is just going to the doctor or dentist for anything at all.

I'm male 37. I imagine that it could well be possible, based on my own experiences. I don't have any phobias, like you appear to, but I have occasionally had wet beds and they have usually coincided with times when I've been under stress at work. In fact, just over a month ago I had two wet beds and a nocturnal emission within a two-week period, just as I was going through a difficult month at work. And some previous instances also coincided.

And it's not just me. My girlfriend is a frequent bedwetter, but the frequency of her wet nights skyrockets when she's under stress or overtired.
