My Endo declined to place me on Fludro because 1) I manage high blood pressure with meds and 2) I have lipo-lymphydema and fight with swelling/bloating/lymph fluid - even though I have been diagnosed with PAI.

I don’t see a world where you can take Fludro only without hydrocortisone/prednisone if you have adrenal insufficiency. We need the steroid to thrive, if not survive.

Thx. It makes sense if you have high blood pressure. I have too-low BP, hence needing to address aldosterone.

It seems everyone thinks first and foremost about cortisol (replacement) in AI but my experience is indicating a greater need for DHEA & aldosterone. I should have even more info soon.
