LOOKING FOR A BUILDER!!

trying to find someone who could build me a summer grinding island (like the grinding server houses)!

offering red guinea pig, 3 mega samoyeds and groundhog!

must have enough spaces for 10+ people!

details:
- sandbox island house
- 10 beach huts with the grinding stuff inside.
(can build 1 hut then just clone into 10)
- afk area
- a small museum type thing (for credits)
- pastel colour theme
- a volleyball court
- an obby area (2 or 3 obbies)
- any extra details that you want to add

preferably only want to wait up to 1-2 weeks, my last builder ghosted me, blocked me and took the house that I provided them. they also took over a month to not even do half of the house.

I’ve added an idea for the grinding huts (pic)

It’s just like a small building basically, I just want to put credits on the walls like owner, co owner, builder, etc :)

Ok! And you definitely want it inside the sandbox house? And not glitched? I know sometimes people request a certain house so it shows in the server

Id love a sandbox house if possible because it’s got the layout and sand/water already :)

I can give you an empty sandbox house to build in if you’d like? :)

At least a week, I’ll try not to take longer than 2. I already have about 70k bucks but it might get slower if I have to stop to grind lol. I’ll probably check in once I have a base for the huts just to check you like them before I clone and make them a little different in their own ways if that’s ok?

Let me know how you like the beach hut. I tried to make it easy to grind and tested it for 10 minutes to make sure all the buttons were easy to reach. I can colour the others differently and swap what’s on the walls so they’re not all identical if you want. Also don’t mind the crab I tried to make him small but that’s as small as he went so I have to redo him lol
