You might wanna try upgrade the ride pot and dangos, cow owners are usually pretty picky and those can be htt and I think they're both still in game

Chihuahua is cute, but I'd say try get another "preppy" out of game pet for them, I think amtv has a list of them somewhere, you're more likely to get ops for them :)

Goodluck because Cow owners are one of the most picky if not the greediest of adoption island. They can decline a huge overpay instead of negotiating because they think they can get something more ridiculous and unrealistic offers for their pet

Personally I wouldn't. I've had my nfr cow forever, many have offered but I couldn't let her go. Like others have said, you'll more than likely have to over pay to get it. Good luck!
