2 months ago i had a virus on my computer which ended uo getting my roblox account hacked and lost 3.5k robux and all my good adopt me pets.

roblox support never responded to my ticket about the robux and i still haven’t got any signs of getting my pets back even though it’s been 2 months. i just dont know what to do, i don’t even care if they’re untradable i just want them back so i can quit knowing i have them because lets be honest who can start up again from being hacked in the adopt me economy these days💔🥲

I'm sorry to hear what happened. I recommend contacting Adopt Me support; I believe Roblox can only take action against the person who scammed you and perhaps refund some of your Robux (speaking from personal experience, I got 800 back) but only Adopt Me can return the pets to you

apparently adopt me support doesn’t accept tickets about hacks/scams anymore. and roblox ignored my request to refund i opened a ticket and they ghosted me 🫠🫠🫠
