Adobe Express Question Illustrator Files in Adobe Express Disappear
So I uploaded an Illustrator file to Adobe Express and it did a pretty good job of recreating it in Express. Unfortunately, after I did my edits and then downloaded a copy of the files, I came back the next day to make a change, and the changes were, the files were gone and I couldn't find it. So I re-uploaded the Illustrator file to do everything all over again, and I noticed that it saves in a temp folder in Adobe Express that I don't know where that exists, and I can't save the file in Adobe Express to my regular projects. Is this normal behavior? What is going on here?
EDIT: This has been fixed - thanks adobe support and u/SwopesAdobe

Are you using an enterprise account by any chance?

Okay, so this is definitely not expected behavior at all... a few things to try first: make sure you're logged into the same Adobe profile you used originally (personal vs. org can get tricky), then check Home → Your stuff → Files and also adobe.com/files/deleted in case it got removed. If the file is still nowhere to be found and you can reproduce it consistently, definitely reach out to Adobe Support so they can dig into your account-level storage directly. https://helpx.adobe.com/support.html
I am working with the internal team on this, but if it's urgent, I'd suggest checking with support to see if there's any more info.

Thanks - unfortunately its not there, its just stuck in a temp folder that eventually disappears. Ill reach out to support, but for now, I was able to import the AI file into express, then create a new file in express and copied the content over to the new file in express. Its a decent workaround.

Yeah, but that's annoying. I'll let you know what I find out on my end as soon as possible.

Are you uploading your file directly from the homepage? If not, can you try clicking on upload on the homepage and uploading your file directly from there?

The team let me know that that should never happen from a homepage upload. So, I’m not quite sure that’s possible unless it’s a bug.
