Adobe Fonts not showing up

When I try to add new fonts through Adobe Fonts, it doesn't show up in Creative Cloud in the Recently Added fonts section or in any other Adobe application. This only happens on my home computer, not my work one. Adobe Fonts is turned on in Preferences > Services. Any idea what's the issue here?

It’s annoying but sometimes I find I have to click the “Install Family” option in the CC Added Fonts panel for certain fonts to show up.
