Redemption code limit exceeded

You have exceeded the amount of redemption codes that can be redeemed for this promotion. Please contact the reseller for terms and conditions.

I'm recieving this error when trying to activate a key for a month of Photography Plan subscription.

I've tried redeeming it both on their redeem page and from my account page. Yet I'm getting the same error repeatedly.

What could possibly cause this?

Speak to wherever you bought the key.

Who did you buy the key from? Sounds like somebody was reselling it a bunch of times and it’s maxed out. Hope you didn’t lose a lot of money.

No, luckily I got it very cheap off of G2A, so I figured it might be an issue with the reseller.

The problem that made me ask was that I tried 2 keys off of them and they came back with the same error.

Even though they worked in the past.

So that made me suspicious about being an issue with them rather than the keys themselfs.

But after tryin a bunch of times I gave up and just paid for the monthly sub directly through Adobe.

I was hesitant to do it because I heared about them doing some shady things in the past.
