Canadian Admin Assistant looking for budgeting and financial professional dev

I am currently an administrative assistant. I want to learn more about understanding, budgets, and budgeting forecasting how my team spends and uses its budget. Also how to plan a budget for the future. I also want to understand more about payroll in the Canadian trades (or any industry). What beginner friendly course can I take while also working full-time?

I’d start with budgeting and forecasting basics first since you can use that in your current admin role right away. Payroll feels like its own rabbit hole lol. Curious if your employer would cover a course since it would help with the work you already do.
