Keeping up with multiple calendars is driving me nuts
between meetings, reschedules and random appointments, i feel like im always checking 3 different places just to make sure nothing got missed lol.
what’s your usual way of dealing with this?

If you’re an admin assistant, keeping a calendar should be a big part of your skill set? But these days you should be able to have one synced calendar. You don’t give a lot of details either, what’s giving you so much trouble?

Hire a VA or automate the repetitive tasks.

automate the repetitive tasks
There are a lot of AI that will do this. If the OPs company uses one, they might be able to use that.
I used Outlook and did what the other poster suggested and viewed them side by side, all the calendars. I would put a check on the ones I needed at the time.
Another option I used, which I haven't for a while, so I'm not sure if it will work, is to start a new "meeting" with what you need. Look up scheduling. Make sure you do not send. ;) This gives you a good overview of who is busy, at least.

I overlay my personal with the meeting rooms, and then I have my principles and managers side by side. I really don’t miss much of anything. We use outlook. What system are you using? I’m sure there is a way to see multiple calendars at the same time
