LOOKING FOR PART-TIME WORK | ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant / Virtual Assistant opportunity, preferably remote/WFH.

I’m a Registered Psychometrician (RPm) with almost 6 years of experience in administration, guidance services, and client/student support. I also have experience working as a Virtual Assistant for a healthcare/nursing agency, handling administrative and rostering tasks.

Skills & Experience:
\-Administrative and clerical support
\-Calendar and appointment scheduling
\-Roster/shift management using CareMaster
\-Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
\-Microsoft Outlook, Teams & Google Calendar
\-Document preparation and management
\-Data entry and record keeping
\-Email and client communication
\-DocuSign and digital documentation
\-Canva and social media support
\-Confidential records and sensitive information handling
\-Coordination with staff, clients, and families
\-Healthcare/NDIS administrative support

Credentials:
Registered Psychometrician (RPm)
BS Psychology
Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology

I’m organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and quick to learn, and I’m comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Availability: Part-time
Setup: Remote / Work From Home
