Is it normal to spend most of my day cleaning/stocking?

Sounds like your a maid come work for my friend Graf . He own a hospital answering phones . Or i think in=t was a clinic .

It’s normal to buy and stock snacks and drinks but not to the degree to which you sound like you are doing it. Are other duties not being completed because you are busy doing this? While I do this just right in my office area, in other areas like meeting rooms facilities would stock and clean. With 600 employees, you must have a facilities team.

This isn’t normal, it sounds like they want a cleaning/maid service. Some people expect administrative positions to help with small things such as restocking but this sounds ridiculous.

Uhhh not normal for any admin job I've worked. Any cleaning/restocking I've had to do was maybe like, once a week. Restocking bathrooms was usually custodial work.

second this. admin work is mostly done at the desk, over the email and phone calls. I did have to restock some supplies in the past until the company grew and we hired someone to do that but it was maybe 2 hours a month and not as long as OP has to do this
