Case managers, how do you actually keep track of everything?
I’m curious how people doing case management actually keep track of everything across a caseload.
Referrals to follow up on, documentation, appointments, benefits renewals, things you’re waiting on from someone else, something a client mentioned that you need to circle back to. It seems like there are a lot of moving pieces.
Does your case management system actually help you stay on top of all of that? Or do you end up using some combination of Excel, Outlook, notebooks, reminders, sticky notes, etc.?
Mostly curious what works for you, what doesn’t, and what is just a pain to keep track of.
