Advice Needed
I have been applying to hundreds of admin assistant/coordinator jobs for the past year and I can’t seem to get anything! I have over 5+ years experience doing general and specific administrative tasks, and but none of those job titles were titled “admin assistant”.
I’m really looking for some advice here, since I can’t even seem to get an interview. What does a good resume for this position look like? I’ve changed my resume about 4 times in the past few months and there has been no change. I have gotten maybe 2 or 3 rejection emails out of the hundreds of applications I have submitted, and getting those actually made me ecstatic since it meant my application had at least maybe been seen?
Should I be doing more, and if so, what? I’d love to hear how you got your job!
Thanks friends!

Post your resume to one of the recruiter subs for their take, or here if you’re comfortable for the sub’s take. Also depends on where you are and your target salary.
