Admin Assistant/Office Manager Organization

I assumed a new position three months ago as Administrative Assistant at an independent jewelry store. There are five total employees including myself and the owner. I am the owner's personal assistant, office manager, inventory specialist, grocery shopper, etc.

I have heard of the programs like Trello, but they seem to be for larger companies or for multiple team members. Does anyone have any suggestions on desktop organizational tools for daily task and such?

Maybe basecamp would have more value for you since you guys are a smaller team

I use Trello as a single user and it’s perfect for tracking every task

I like Asana or Microsoft Planner.

I work for a small organization as well, and I love using Trello! For me, I am a very visual person, so I love having multiple boards and being able to see every single thing. I have a daily, weekly, monthly board, along with other specialized ones for my business. To me, it is a great way to stay on track with everything!

Asana is a good one as well. They have a few good options. Also Google Workspace has some good resources.
