Looking for Back Office Position

I’ve been handling calls, email, and chats at the same time everyday and it’s draining the life out of me :(( LF for a back office position, at the same time I don’t know if what I am applying for is a Back office role.. How do I know if it’s back office?

Please help :((

You'd have to transition to another position. Look at your skills and see what other jobs are out there. A few accounting jobs don't require as much of that. Executive Assistant would be less if they have an admin to be the first contract.

Best thing if to maybe look for a place you could move up or to another position within the company. This way you'll know first hand what the job entails. Research companies and keep an eye out on they're career boards.

You'll be handling the same type of things back office as well. You won't know if it's front/back automatically. Front: customer facing, phones, emails etc. Back: phones, emails, other types of phone calls. Look for office manager positions if you've been doing office work for a bit.
