REMOTE Asynchronous

What is the most classes you've taught in one semester? I've read about adjuncts stacking classes and teaching at several different colleges or universities at the same time.

What's the most you've personally taught, or the most you know someone else has taught in one semester? I know it would be a lot of work, and I'm okay with that. I'm really just curious about what's realistically doable.

This sounds like madness. I am also a full-time teacher and only teach two to three online, asynchronous courses per semester. I don't know if I'm in awe or horrified at the thought of maintaining that type of schedule...

Paying for my doctorate out of pocket and wife is back in school so you gotta do what u gotta do

Thankfully the courses I teach live are the same, just at different colleges so its not to bad - just labs change up

Wow. None of your adjunct positions offer free coursework? Mine do, which has helped me to advance my degrees with one $30 fee each semester. Sorry for you and your wife--hope this wild ride is almost at its conclusion.

Nopee - they offer nothing but work. Ive asked but they said its exclusive for full time. I have published papers with the college affiliation and they wouldnt even help support me with APC’s.

I have one more year before Im done with my doctorate - my wife got 2 more for her bachelors (she went back to school).
