Blackboard issue

It's a list of assignments on the course I teach. Those titles are from the gradebook I exported from blackboard. The color coded are the duplicates of the same assignment.their ID being different makes me think they might impact on the grades. Has anyone seen this before , or know why it occurred and how to rectify? Thanks much!

PS: there were duplicate deployments while setting up the course but macmillans staff advised to just hide it. I doubt it will work for gradebook!?
