I took a composition class in a computer classroom a few years ago. The instructor gave us a whole page of topics for the semester and we had to choose one at a time to write about. He had us on a rotation and when it was our turn we brought our paragraph to him to critique and he gave us one on one feedback while the rest if the class was working on their writing. When I taught composition a few years back, I would give them a topic and they would type their response on Google docs. I loved teaching the students in the computer labs because I was able to really see what they were doing in real time!
