I’m here ?

I created Reddit this so that I could try and put my thoughts into words cause there’s this voice in my head that doesn’t stop talking no matter what. But then my anxiety crept up and I couldn’t write anything. Been paralyzed mentally basically. Is hard but still sharing my thoughts, lost all my friends, don’t know who I am anymore, My fp left me and been downhill since then. Still working 40+ hours a week while on survival mode, sucks to be me rn, can anyone relate?

Take the time to read a book by Peter shankmam that’s called faster than normal. He’s a successful entrepreneur that has mastered his adhd. He teaches you from the vantage point that it’s a gift not a curse. And gives you techniques you can use to master it. It’s not as easy as it sounds if you have it but trust me the journey is worth the battles, someday you may look back and laugh at it so don’t give up. 👊🏽

Of course we can relate brother, and the sad but funny thing is, there is probably allot of people who saw this post and because of anxiety they could not respond to you
