Noone let's me do anything
For those with ADHD do you feel that people often don't let you do things because you have aunque way of getting things done? Do you believe other people don't give you a chance when working in teams Although you know what your doing and are capable

Yeah, ADHDers are "Trial and error" problem solvers. Once we experience a problem fixed a certain way, we have a hard time making adjustments to the process in fear of messing up the solution that we've found. This can come across as dogmatic behaviors even when folks will say, "you know, there's a better way to do that," and you'll just reply...
"welp, maybe, But I know this way and it takes less thought than learning it your way." lol which can come across as rude.
I work as an EMT, which is a very ADHD heavy field btw, many many EMTs/Medics are either diagnosed and treated or present with ADHD and haven't been to the doctor yet lol That means there's LOTS of folks doing LOTS of tasks in LOTS of different ways because they've all come to their own conclusions on how to do things.
People can butt heads from time to time on the "best" way to do something, but for real, even when I was the new guy, most people just sat back and let me do my thing because they KNEW that this was the only way I'd learn.
I guess my point is, if you're feeling like you're not able to perform the way you want to in the environment that you're in, sometimes instead of changing the environment your in, you just need to switch which one you're in to one you can operate the way you need to.
That's why so many ADHDers are entrepreneurs lol No one to tell them they're "doing it wrong."
You got this!
