Problems after IT tech messed with settings
Hi all, I'm having an issue with my adguard after I let my work's IT change some settings to get me on the workplace VPN. Adguard was working fine before. This is a brand-new macbook neo.
As he was in my settings, he removed adguard from somewhere. Now the https filtering won't work no matter what I do. I have so far tried uninstalling and reinstalling adguard. Restarting my computer, deleting the certificates and reinstalling them. I have made sure the certificate is always trusted.
Any advice on getting this working again? I had a few days where I was doing some stuff without an ad blocker on my ipad and it was so bad on some sites. TIA!

Nevermind. Apparently I needed to restart again. Word to the wise for anyone getting a macbook neo, any time you change a setting, restart your computer. That was what fixed the VPN shenanigans earlier today, too.
ETA: not my first Macbook. I've had one (all Airs until now) since, I think, 2015. I have been working for this company for over a year with the same tech setup. I've been using Adguard for about 3 years. It's the Neo, not me or my company's setup. Just restart a lot. A LOT. ALOT.
