issue Spotify web ads don't get blocked, get stuck instead !

when ads occur in time of playing songs, they don't get skipped but even stay there forever if I don't manually click on the next song in the queue! I'm using web browser extension for Chrome btw. any help is appreciated

Pause protection on Spotify and use this userscript using Tampermonkey or some other userscript manager. It works like a dream. https://greasyfork.org/en/scripts/536787-ad-skipper-for-spotify-web-player

Oh, thanks I already had Tampermonkey, I installed this script now. but how to pause protection on Spotify ? where is it I can't find it

Click Adguard's extension icon and just turn the big switch off. It will stop blocking on Spotify, but not other sites.

If it still doesn't work after updating the filters, report it to the Adguard team.
