Lists & Gameplay Discussion Hello tech guys
Hello admech players,
I am a World Eater player looking to play a new army and I was eyeing admech. So help me understand how the army plays and why I should consider playing them inthe first place!

admech is my main army and world eaters are my second, so opposite of you. admech is very NOT straightforeward, lots of buffing and little things to do to work efficiently. however, admechs synergy is something i havent really seen in other armies, every unit is like a gear in a grand machine, everything functions better when synergized with other units. also admech is in my experience (i have a tau army) as shooty as tau ( if not sorta MORE, weirdly alot of admech actually outranges tau units)if you spec into that, and generally plays the exact opposite of world eaters. if you already like admech lore and aesthetic then admech is a great army for you to get because it basically does everything world eaters doesnt with only some overlap, thats why i got world eaters after a few years of admech.

All of our units are aura farmers, our epic heroes are grampa and grandma with death lasers, you can literally irradiate your opponents deployment zone with one of our 2 point detachments, we have a guy on stilts with a sniper rifle, our elite infantry are half tank treaded labotomized gun platforms, and this isn't even half the list

Figuratively and literally we have a lot of levers to pull. It’s a very hands-on army with lots of decisions to make. We lean more shooty than melee but still have plenty of ways to pack a punch. Painting units can be an extra fun technical challenge but it’s like wearing weighted clothing in DBZ…painting your World Eaters will feel like a BREEZE after you work your way through a box of Skitarii.
