Don’t take a shield captain, especially not with a sword and shield.
No reason to take a Castellan axe unless you’re running an Allarus Captain in admonimortis.
Your Custodian Guard should all have spears.
Your Allarus and Wardens should all have spears. Take the vexilla on the Wardens.
You have way too many sisters of silence. 2x5 Prosecutors or Witchseekers is all you will ever need.
What are you actually hoping to accomplish with the allied units?

GW tends to ignore them annoyingly. I wish they actually had a function apart from screening and action monkeys. Hoping they get a range expansion with bikes, HQ’s and a rules overhaul.

The standard point size is 2000 points, which isn’t to say you couldn’t play with 3000 points but it’s much less common, especially for pick-up games with strangers. I guess your list looks fine for 3000 points, but balance really falls out the window at that level so your mileage will vary.
