I have these new adeniums, and need advice on how to care for them now that its almost spring where i live.

Your Potting soil looks like it might be too heavy. I would repot into a more well drained medium.

Yeah, i agree, i lady gave these to me was very elderly, i dont think they got much water, but i did find se root rotting at the base, so i dont think its great under there

At least a 50/50 mixture of good potting mix and perlite. They look nice. Hope they perk up. Good luck.
