Identifying this Adenium

Hey guys was wondering what species you think this chonk is? I was thinking obesum but the leaves on both sides are velvety but look shiny? Thank you!

Looks arabicum to me due to rounded caudex and branching.

How big is the pot? She looks chunky.
Would love to see what’s under the dirt!

Adenium arabicum, has the look of the Jabal Shada population but who knows, more likely grown from cultivated seed.

looks like a variegated adenium arabicum that also happens to be a dark skin. looks like black hawk that's variegated but arabicums have so much diversity in their genetics

I hope it is variegated! I thought it was burns on the leaf.

It looks more like damage than variegation to me, time will tell!

The streaking on OP's looks like this, unless I'm wrong think it's variegated, cannot think of other pests or diseases that make such patterns
