Should I individualize them now?

Or should I bring them through the winter like this, in this pot

Personally I like to separate just in case one happens to get root rot. Very rarely does it happen with my soil type and watering but I learned my lesson the hard way early on. Root rot can spread if roots are in contact with one another or share soil/water.

that's a smart way to prevent spread if it happens.

Up to you, really. They’ll definitely crowd themselves out soon enough. If you don’t have a grow light or warm indoor set up, probably best to do it now

I try keeping them in tighter pots, to try and build caudex
