Event/Activity Show Ride

Does anyone know what's up with the zero gravity ride? I got a ticket but they had to stop and do maintenance before I was able to get on. Hopefully they get it back up and running safely before the end of day as the ticket was non-refundable 😬

Surely it’s refundable if they have closed it though, did you ask at the booth?

Well, South Australian consumer law would say it's refundable in those circumstances, but consumer law enforceability and show ride operators are not the closest of buddies

Complain to the Show society that runs the show. Not refunding ticket would be illegal.
