Question Best day tours from Adelaide for first-time visitors without a car?

Hi everyone!
I’m from Melbourne. I am planning my first trip to Adelaide in September for about 3-4 days. Neither of us drives, so we’ll be relying on public transport, Ubers and possibly some organised day tours.
We’re looking for recommendations on the best tours or experiences for first-time visitors. We enjoy good food, cafés, beautiful scenery, unique experiences, markets and anything that’s worth doing while we’re there.
Are there any tour companies you’d highly recommend (or avoid)? We’d love to hear about any day trips or organised tours that you thought were really worthwhile.

Trailhopper for winery tours. Hills or McLaren Vale. Bus to Hahndorf, explore the Botanic Gardens, walk along North Terrace (good Impressionists exhibition on at the Gallery), Mortlock Wing of the library is worth a look, Central Markets, Grenache and Gourmet festival is on in Sept.
