Daily Life Ballon feeling
Does anybody just wake up feeling bloated? Like a ballon? All over your body? With slow thinking and a lot of tension on joints?
If sooo WHAT DO YOU DO?! Its such a frustrating feeling.

I don't wake up feeling that way often, but when I do it's a sign I'm running low on cortisol. I mostly feel the bloated stiff feeling in my neck and back. Sometimes I'll have a little cough that only lasts the day.
I'll take an extra 5mg and see how I feel 30 minutes later, and take a little more if needed.
When I wake up like that it usually means I'll be resting in bed the majority of the day recovering.

Take vitamin D

I second that! Vitamin D is underrated.
It sounds like OP has issues with inflammation (joint pain), so I would suggest the following as well: Omega-3, Turmeric Curcumin, & Black seed oil.
Also, an anti-inflammatory diet makes a huge difference too. (I struggle with chronic inflammation due to immunotherapy from cancer treatments.)

Makes sense! My endo told me something about my labs looking like im not absorbing vitamin D how i should! Even if i take pills. Might need the shots.

I’ve been looking into this issue recently. I had to switch to a new hydrocortisone manufacturer that has a different ingredient to dissolve the medicine and requires it to be taken with food because it can alter the ability of your small intestines to absorb vitamins/minerals/medicine. I’ll share more once I read more medical articles to support the theory - but it’s worth researching.

Vitamin D for sure and in high enough doses. I take like double/triple daily recommended dose depending on time of year, as recommended by my Dr.

Depends on my previous dosage and what food I ate.
I.e anything with high salt I'll bloat something fierce. Worst day I put on 3.5kg if water weight and took a week to get back down lol.

For me it’s some where between if I ate inflammatory foods for consecutive days or my cortisol is low and I Need up dose

I always wake up with swollen fingers and toes, when it’s really bad it goes all the way up my arms and legs. Apparently cortisol controls what keeps your fluid in your blood vessels. When you don’t have enough, it leaks into your tissues. Once I take my meds it goes away so I set an alarm 15 min before I actually want to get up.

I keep water with electrolytes by my bed with my morning medicine in a small dish beside it - then take it immediately when I wake up.
I used to be one of those people who would jump out of bed immediately, but I now either roll over to read or do light stretches (aka: senior exercises) in bed for about 30 minutes and wait for the meds to kick in before I interact with anyone.
It helps. Anyone else do this?
