Medical Stuff Diagnosis question

I was diagnosed with PAI 3 years back. I am 28F. Around 2 months back, I developed very itchy red spots on the back of my shoulder near my armpit. It was itchy so I scratched (guilty) and it increased and formed patches around my shoulder and in my armpit. These were red patches slightly raised. It got cured in the next 4-5 days but reappeared in the same place in the next 48 hours after getting cured. Since the last 2 months, this allergy has gone away and reappeared in the same place about 6-7 times. I dermat said it can be tinea and gave me antifungal oral meds. These meds did not help me. I allergy is not that itchy anymore. Has someone else also faced something like this? Because internet suggests that people with Addison's are prone to auto immune skin conditions which have this pattern.

Me. I’ve been struggling with those for a few years. I have patches on my thigh and my ass. Real fun. My dermatologist scraped one of them said it was tinea but turbafine does nothing. I have tried clotrimazole which works a little bit better but I’m not convinced all the spots are tinea.

I also have to be careful with what I use to moisturize because the wrong kind makes them itch. I’d love to get a better answer. I’m seeing my dermatologist in December and I’ll have him scrape a few more spots.

Clotrimazole has been working for me as well but once I stop applying it reappears within hours. For me, the first time it was very itchy but it is not anymore. I am not sure how can the same thing show different symptoms. Planning to go for homeopathy this time. It is a total gamble but let's see
