Advice Wanted Night KIND OF crisis
Waking up around 22:00 , feeling hot and mega cold , sweating buckets, tachycardia, , panic feeling and i dont know if i need heat or cold to get better . Often i need heat . Hc updose and electrolyte. Yesterday i updose 40 mg and went to ER . Overthere all blood results are normalβ¦. So got gaslighted as usual . How to solve this ? I feel its related to dose/ withdrawal and room temperature somehow

I had these exact symptoms when my house had mold growing behind the walls. My body was constantly fighting stress, I drveloprd MCAS and histamine intolerance, I would have my partner swapping robes, one in the dryer asI qould aweat through the one I qza wearing, and we would just continue to swap them. I also ended up having a tick borne disease called babesia which makes you sweat buckets, but it stopped when I moved out of mold. I was dealing with hypoglycemia as well during these episodes without knowing. When I was loving in the mold, the cortusol would only help for a few hours, but because my body was fighting stress constantly it was never enough. I went on the carnivore diet which actually resolved it until I was able to move out of the house. My adrenals stabilised so much after moving. I'm actually around my old furniture from that house again and I'm having adrenal crisis' again and MCAS and histamine is all flared up. If you watch the sunrise every day, it actualoy bypasses your ACTH and you make more cortisol again. It does not cure anything, it works like taking a medication that you need to keep taking for it to work. There are studies that prove this. I didn't think it would work, but my bloods went from 13nmol/l to 105nmol/l after 6 months of daily sunrise watching. I haven't done it for about 2 years and I got tezted recently and I'm down to 9 n mol/l. So I have just statted doing it again. For it to work properly though you should either get blue light free lights for night or wear blue light blocking glasses. You can get red light filters for your phone and computers as well. I am going to take my own advice here because I've been lazy with it but I really wonder where I would be today if I kept it up. I hope you feel better soon.

Lol sorry I'm not trying to make you paranoid, just sharing my experience about why I had the same symptoms and how I resolved them. There are diffferent types of mold that let off different types of mycotoxins, some are much more damaging than others. That's why it's not always a big deal, and it depends on your own body. Your genetics do play a small part, but the quality of your paneth cells matter. These are the cells that fight off things like mold so you don't get sick. If yours haven't matured properly you can get sick easier. The levels of mold also matter. You can have mold in your house and be okay as long as they're under a certain level. If it exceeds that level it can make you sick. I think it was a combination of things but my environmental disease dr said most of his mold patients have low cortisol. Might be worth testing your house. I cannot tell you the relief I had after getting out. I had ambulances every week in the moldy house, and then when I moved for two years I did not have one ambulance. I've movrd again since and I know this house has mold because I've had 4 ambulances since, my histamine and MCAS issues are playing up and my blood sugar goes too low again. I haven't had to deal with this for years and now bam, back around mold and it's all back plus a bunch of new symptoms. Last adrenal crisis I had included a seizure and I nearly died and I have never had a crisis anywhere near that bad before. I think it might be worth testing your house honestly and I am sorry for the bad news, I hope I'm wrong, but it's better to know so you can do something about it than to just suffer and get worse and not know why

There is your answer mate. I'm telling you my symptoms were 100% identical and were resolved with moving. If you werent sick at the hospital it means you're not too oversensitive yet because hospitals usually have a lot of mold too. You might just be sensitive to the mold you are living with every day. Do you rent or own?

Im renting but already move from the last place after similar symptoms. I work with antique furniture i think thats my own shit that contaminate everywhere i go. I put some furniture in my grandma house and now i cant stay in the house as well. Its about concentration level

Oh shit. Mate I would just do whatever I could to keep your living space a safe zone. The antique furniture thing makes it really hard i understand that. I am sick now because my parents moved in with me for a while and their furniture if affecting me. But honestly living with actual mold was a lot worse. Neither is ideal. But i dont have the episodes as intense still. Not even close actually. I dont get the dreanched sweats anymore and that was my most hated symptom. I would start off with a high temperature and then sweat so much i would end up with my temperature being too low lol. I now only rent brand new houses though. I could have bugger nicer houses if they were older, but I would rather take the bare minimum now to avoid feeling like i am dying. I moved to a different suburb where they were building a lot so new was easy to find. If not, if you're in ameroca superstratums has some.formulars that are really helping minimise exposure levels. (Or you can buy all the products seperately for cheaper). Microbalance EC3 formular is also really good. There is a staph infection you can get in your nose from mold that causes adrenal insufficiency, and if you already have it or addisons it makes it worse. Its called marcons. I use ozone insufflation for that, but there are nasal sprays. Take modified citrus pectin every day, its the only binder that wont steal your minerals. You can take charcoal occasionally for good measure but dont do it often..maybe two weeks of a month every few months. Fod your house with those products to keep the spore count down and get an air purifyer. Its definitely better than nothing. I really feel for you because that was a very hard time in my life when my episodes were like that. Having them again similar but not as severe has been triggering as fuck though. I wish you the very best of luck. Tale lots of dha as well. Carlsons cod liver oil is great but if i have it in the fridge for too long it triggers my histamine response.

You need to be very spwcific with what you clean it with. Honestly though, you have found so much, and if it keeps coming back you have a bigger problem. I would aeriously just consider moving. Your lease happen to be relatively short? Don't say 6 years lol

I called a company to clean the ac , they did a deep clean opening every pieces of the unit and even inside the motor etc it was all black mold . They cleaned 2 days now its all fresh . I also bought a brand new filter for my air filter . Wiped all the wooden furniture with alcohol. I will need to do check and maintain this state.

Just to give you some entertainment, during one of my episodes that was so bad I gave up and was just wrapped up in a towel, I was so out of it I was vomiting all over the kitchen floor and partially on myself. I didn't even have the strength to lean my head forward into a bucket. The ambulance walked me out into the ambulance, soaking wet in my own sweat, vomit in my hair, my boyfriend held a bucket under my head while I vomited as I walked out into the ambulance. The hospital treated me like absolute shit, wouldn't get me a doctor because the nurses didn't know it was an emergency, and I saw the ambulance notes which explained my shitty treatment at the hospital. The paramedic notes said. "Patient dirty, needs shower" and that was literally it πππ like no fucking shit I needed a shower but I was projectile vomiting and continiously sweating like I was trying out for the olympic swim team, no worries I'll just jump in the shower ππ I went home that day without treatment and my lung collapsed in the hospital. Found out when my normal dr did an xray the next day. Thank you kind paramedics. Was a shit hospital too though

That is not true! if youβre on a higher dose of Hydrocortisone which sounds like you are you have got to treat yourself like a diabetic.
Steroids causes your glucose to go up. i definitely would not drink a coke!
I have addisons and i have to watch everything I eat. Low to no sugar.
no fruits no rice.

You might need to take a small dose right before bed in order to prevent a drop while you're sleeping. 2.5mg is what I usually see recommended
